Sessions for you to enjoy movement & dance within a safe, accessible and friendly environment. Ideal for lifting your mood, restoring peace and getting your natural energy flowing.
Gentle guided exercises to popular energising music will get you dancing and moving in ways that are comfortable and easy. Each session will build confidence in moving again and being with other people while having fun.
All sessions are Covid safe.
No dance experience needed.
Weekly until Wednesday 20th October.
