As a society, we work hard & play…not so hard. The mid-week, after-work rave is a chance to de-stress from your day. No experience is required. All you need is a body & a desire to rave it. Everyone is welcome. Leave thoughts, worries & stresses at the door – Dance, move, stay still, laugh, cry – your body, your way. The music will be loud, and the lights will be low
