As part of our MIDWEEK RETREAT – Sessions – Somatic Movement
Using breath work, mindfulness, movement exercises and techniques, these somatic sessions offer a midweek retreat and a chance to recharge both body and mind. Something we all need and deserve. There is no right or wrong to these sessions. Turn up as you are and connect back to your body and breath as you are gently guided through simple movement explorations.
Lauren is a Dance practitioner and Dance Movement Psychotherapist who has worked in somatic movement and body based practices in the UK and Australia for 20 years. As well as offering these sessions, she also runs 1:1 Movement and Somatic Psychotherapy sessions.
