The mid-week, after-work rave is a chance to de-stress from your day
NO experience required
All you need is a body & a desire to rave it. Everyone is welcome
The rave is aimed at adults but your kids are welcome if they’d like to join
Leave thoughts, worries & stresses at the door – Dance, move, stay still, laugh, cry – your body, your way
The music will be loud, the lights will be low
These weekly sessions are held by experienced movement & dance practitioners
