DESCRIPTION:Come together in the park to follow Enid through gentle warm-up exercises\, Qi Gong movements and the Yang Short Form (24 Postures). The slow fluid movements\, originating from oriental martial arts\, relax the upper body and mind while strengthening and challenging the legs and core muscles.  \nNo experience needed. \nBeing in the park is the best place to practice this ancient activity however we are dependant on the weather so please wear comfortable and seasonal clothing. \nFor 12 weeks \n  \nEvent cost: £6/class; £20/4 weeks; £22/carnet card of 4 classes within 6 weeks
