Regular | Tai Chi with Enid (18+)

Each class begins with seated breathing and preparation exercises, followed by gentle standing warm-up movements, Qi Gong and the Yang Short Form (24 Postures).
The slow fluid movements, originating from oriental martial arts, relax the upper body and mind while strengthening and challenging the legs and core muscles. Benefits include improved balance, lower blood pressure, feeling calm and energised.
All classes are Covid safe.
No experience needed.
