Summer Term 2022
Come and join us in the park as we follow Enid through gentle warm-up exercises, Qi Gong movements and the Yang Short Form (24 Postures). The slow fluid movements, originating from oriental martial arts, relax the upper body and mind while strengthening and challenging the legs and core muscles. Being in the park is the best place to practice this ancient activity however we are dependant on the weather so please wear comfortable and seasonal clothing.
No experience needed.
12-week term – 26th April-12th July
Open-air class rates: £6/class; £20/4 weeks; £22/carnet card of 4 classes within 6 weeks
