Regular | Tai Chi with Enid (18+) – Starter level

Autumn Term 2022-23
Come and join us in the park to follow Enid through gentle warm-up exercises, Qi Gong movements and the Yang Short Form (24 Postures). These slow fluid movements, originating from oriental martial arts, relax the upper body and mind while strengthening and challenging the legs and core muscles.
However, from 25th Oct we will move to the Council Chamber. As well as doing the standing exercises and movements, inside we will include sitting exercises for relaxation and breathing that will support and increase all the benefits.
When we are in the park, while it’s a wonderful place to practice this ancient activity, we are dependant on the weather so remember to wear comfortable and seasonal clothing.
This class is intended for beginners however all levels are welcome.
