Workshop | L’Art du Chi with Enid (18+)

Tai Chi Workshop 2022

Working with the L’Art du Chi (Art of Chi) Stevanovitch approach, we will be deepening the tai chi and seated practices that we’ve been working on during our weekly classes.

This half-day workshop will include:

• Relaxation exercises
• Developing your sense of Chi
• Discovering the Tan Tien
• Deepening your practice of the Yang Short Form / 24 postures

You will need:

• A mat, such as a camping mat that offers a little cushioning and comfort
• A kneeling/meditation bench or thick cushion/zafou cushion
• A large shawl or small blanket for the relaxation

Chairs will also be available onsite and refreshments will be provided during breaks.

Previous experience of Tai Chi or L’Art du Chi approach is required.
