Spring Term 2025
Following the L’Art du Chi, Stevanovitch method we work with seated breathing and preparation exercises, followed by gentle standing warm-up movements, Qi Gong and the Yang Short Form (24 Postures). The slow fluid movements, originating from oriental martial arts, relax the upper body and mind while strengthening and challenging the legs and core muscles. Participants report feeling improved balance and blood pressure, calmer, more grounded and re-energised.
No previous experience needed.
Class rates: £40/5wk – first half term, £35 carnet card – 4 classes within 6 weeks
12-week term – 13th January-7th April (Half-term break – week 17th February)
