Summer Term 2025
Following the L’Art du Chi, Stevanovitch method we work with seated breathing and preparation exercises, followed by gentle standing warm-up movements, Qi Gong and the Yang Short Form (24 Postures). The slow fluid movements, originating from oriental martial arts, relax the upper body and mind while strengthening and challenging the legs and core muscles. Participants report feeling improved balance and blood pressure, calmer, more grounded and re-energised.
No previous experience needed.
Essential to pre-register.
10-week term – 28th April-21st July (No classes on Bank Holidays 5th & 26th May – Half-term break 9th June)
