Spring Term 2022
During the 1st 2 weeks – 1 FREE taster session for new participants.
Places are limited so essential to book.
Classes begin with seated breathing and preparation exercises, followed by gentle standing warm-up movements, Qi Gong and the Yang Short Form (24 Postures). The slow fluid movements, originating from oriental martial arts, relax the upper body and mind while strengthening and challenging the legs and core muscles. Benefits include improved balance, lower blood pressure, feeling calm and energised.
All classes are Covid safe. No experience needed.
12-week term – 18th Jan-5th April
Class rates: £8/class; £28/4 weeks; £30/carnet card of 4 classes within 6 weeks
