Regular | Tai Chi with Enid in the Park (18+) – Continuing level

Summer Term 2022-23
Follow Enid through gentle warm-up exercises, Qi Gong movements and the Yang Short Form (24 Postures). These slow fluid movements, originating from oriental martial arts, relax the upper body and mind while strengthening and challenging the legs and core muscles. Being outside in the park is the perfect place to practice this ancient activity however we are dependant on the weather so remember to wear comfortable and seasonal clothing.
Previous experience of Tai Chi is beneficial.
